Operator priority:

Highest priority operations are "*","/" and "%".

Lowest priority are "+" and "-".

Operations of same priority are evaluated left to right.

 

Parentheses pairs may be included anywhere to specify priority.

• Expressions inside parentheses will be evaluated first;
• if more than one parentheses pair is included, the inner parentheses will be evaluated first.
